About Kidpower of Pennsylvania
Kidpower of Pennsylvania is a local center of Kidpower International, a private, nonprofit organization established by Irene van der Zande of California in 1989. Kidpower programs have reached more than 4 million children, teens, and adults worldwide. KidpowerPA offers interpersonal safety and confidence-building for young people ages 3 to 18 and their adults.

To teach people of all ages and abilities how to use their power to stay safe, act wisely, and believe in themselves.
The Team So Far...
Vision: Empower people of all ages to be safe from bullying and abuse. The long-term consequences of mistreatment can be avoided through Kidpower programs. Kidpower Pennsylvania provides inter-generational programs that teach safety through the process of story telling and role plays.
About Tarra: Tarra has been passionate about Kidpower for over 10 years and is thrilled to organize the Pennsylvania center. Tarra is a Certified Kidpower Instructor in Training. She offers parent-child workshops every six weeks in Ardmore and Havertown Pennsylvania.
